Briley's birthday is coming up and she wants to have a ballet party. I was trying to come up with things to do and came across a way to make tutus. I decided to try one out on Lucy to make sure I knew what I was doing. I think it turned out great. She loves it!

I have a great idea for your daughter's party. It's a ballerina game called Pin the Slipper on the Ballerina (a takeoff on Pin the Tail on the Donkey). Just either draw a big Ballerina or find one at a party store. Then blindfold & twirl the girls, face them towards the Ballerina and have them pin the slipper on her foot! It's best if the foot is in passe' or arabesque so it's not located at the bottom of the dancer. That will make it alot funnier when the slipper ends up being pinned to her arm! Use double-sided sticky tape instead of pins. Have fun! Amy Arnaz
